Environmental and social issues are key elements of business and have the ability to impact the smooth running of the operations. Minecon will review the various environmental issues that impact the mine and ascertain that the Company have put systems in place to adequately mitigate them. Minecon will review the following:

  • Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA)
  • Closure plan
  • Community and Stakeholder Engagement Plans
  • Compensation Framework
  • Resettlement Action Plan (RAP)
  • Community Development Plan (CDP).
